Returning Item
There are No returns. Pieces are made with perfection. Please allow 3-7 days for production as it may vary depending on volume of orders. Sizes can be exchanged. If you choose to make a return, You are responsible for all fees associated with return shipping. All return shipping should be prepaid and we do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use a tracking/insurable shipping service so that you can monitor your return shipping status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Credit
Credit will be processed once we receive the returned merchandise. Once received, please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing and 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement. Your refund will be given in the same form of payment that was originally used for placing the order.
If you are returning a gift, you may request a Gift Card instead of a refund to the purchaser’s credit card. Gift Cards are only redeemable for $20 at this time.
Defective/Damaged Item
If you receive merchandise that is defective/ damaged, please contact us immediately at essenceofsass@gmail.com. We need to be aware of the defective/damaged item before you return it, so we can make reasonable effort to assist you as damaged items will be replaced or repaired at no cost.
